St. Mary's Knights Varsity was led by a flawless day at the dish by Ruiz, who went 2-2 against Maryvale's pitching. Lauren Eamiguel brought the heat against Maryvale during her outing. Eamiguel held Maryvale hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out seven. J Castillo was the game's losing pitcher.
